✿ GENERAL
♡ Please credit me @lilbunnytears.
♡ Do not trace, copy, steal or distribute my artwork.
♡ You can check my Trello link to check your commission status.
♡ I reserve the right of canceling your petition if you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.
✿ PAYMENTS
♡ Prices are in USD.
♡ I require full payment before I start the artwork.
♡ Payments are processed through PayPal invoices, VGen or Ko-Fi.
♡ Important! If you do not pay I reserve the right to complete the work and put it up for sale.
♡ Tips are always welcome!
✿ DEADLINES AND EDITS
♡ I'll send you the sketch when it's done for your approval.
♡ The waiting time can vary between 1-2 months after I send you the sketch, this time can vary depending on my waiting list, it's not usual to take that long but it can happen so keep it in mind.
♡ If the number of edits exceeds 3, I charge an additional fee +$5 for each edit.
♡ After approving the sketch and completing the work with the art, I do not make edits.
✿ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♡ As the artist:
Retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.I have the complete right to publish the commissions for my portfolio and showcases, if you want your commission to be secret you must pay a privacy fee. If you do not want me to share your commission publicly, please let me know ahead of time.♡ The buyer is allowed to:
You have the right to publish your completed commission as long as the corresponding credits are given (@Lilbunnytears).Use the artwork for personal use.Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including Twitch and Youtube.Print the artwork for personal use - as long as they’re not making monetary gains off of the work, they are free to make prints, stickers, etc. for themselves.♡ The buyer is NOT allowed to:
Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, making money off it in any way without purchasing the commercial rights.Claim the artwork as their own.Remove my signature from the artwork.Alter the artwork without my consent, excluding alterations necessary for implementing animation to the artwork.Altering the artwork using AI softwares or submitting it as an NFT is strictly prohibited. Such actions will immediately result in the redaction of the commissioner's rights, blacklisting, and a public listing of the commissioner's identity.
✿ REFUNDS
♡ I do not accept refunds - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made. This also applies if the client is paying through a payment plan and any partial payments have been sent.
♡ If the client cannot complete their payment plan by the established deadline, they may do one of the following: request an extension on the deadline; or change their commission request to fit the value of the payments that have already been deposited.
♡ If the final work has not been delivered within 2 months past the initial estimated delivery date, the client will be offered to claim a full or partial refund, per the agreement that we'll come to.
♡ Refunds due to other circumstances will be issued within 31 days.
♡ No refunds may be claimed after the final work is delivered.
✿ AI policy
♡ Use of AI in any kind, shape, or form is prohibited. By checking this box, you agree to my T.O.S and to never use my art in AI. Not to train AI, not to enhance my work, not to add to or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok,' 'Chat GPT,' 'Sora AI,' and any other AI tools. This applies to past, present, and future commissions with me.
